Homesite/Progressive is the worst insurance company. They will twist words and use any excuse NOT to pay a legitimate claims. They refused to answer phone calls, refused to respond to emails and all of a sudden a year later they say part of the claim was denied due to something they KNOW was not the cause of the damage. I have NEVER dealt with such a crooked group before. Then they almost DOUBLED my premium. Funny, I dumped them and found a better policy with a more reputable company (Travelers) for LESS than I was paying Homesite/Progressive BEFORE the damage claim!!
